At Zargoong, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned.
  • Sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contactus@zargoong.com

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive the refund once we process the return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value returns, you may want to use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance.
